VANDAL RESISTANCE
With the ever increasing rise in vandalism and the costs incurred because of it, more and more of our customers are realizing the need to “harden” their areas with pre-cast concrete products.
LOWER MAINTENANCE COSTS

Knob Style Landscape Block
 |
EASY TO USE
Knob Style Landscape Blocks are designed with simple functionality. With two knobs on top fitting into two knobs on the bottom, these blocks fit together like giant Legos. The locks are purposely built half as wide as they are long. Because of this, turning a corner does not require special blocks. The knob placement and block dimensions allow you to simply turn your block 90 degrees at a corner and maintain a running bond.
|
DECORATIVE
The knob style landscaping blocks can be created with a decorative 2" Stack Stone pattern on the face of the blocks for a pleasing look that goes with most landscapes.
Coloring your blocks is optional. Most concrete block coloring is obtained by applying a concrete stain. A typical application is to spray on a base coat over the entire wall. This covers any variations of color from block to block. Then two or three more colors can be sponged, or ragged onto the individual "Stones" to create a more natural look.
DURABLE
The knob style landscape blocks are poured with 4000# psi concrete and fiber. They measure 24" x 24" x 48" and weigh approximately 2400 pounds each. |

COST
The Knob Style Landscape Blocks are competitively priced and delivery is available. Please call for current prices.

Patio/Paving Block
The concept of tight fitted paving set on a flexible granular base is as old as the roads of the Roman Empire. The modern version concrete pavement originated in the Netherlands in the late 1940’s as a replacement to stone brick streets. This technology quickly spread to Germany and Western Europe as a practical and attractive method for pedestrian and vehicular pavement..
Concrete Paving Blocks can be used for a variety of applications including patios, pool decks, hot tub surroundings, entry areas, sidewalks, terraces and garden paths.

Why Concrete Paving Blocks?
More Strength, More Life: Concrete paving blocks are stronger and more durable than conventional paving materials.
Less Absorbent: Concrete block paving has less than 5% absorption which is considerably lower than both asphalt, providing for substantial resistance to soil and salt, common destructive agents to the life and appearance of other paving surfaces.
More Attractive: Because concrete paving blocks are available in a variety of shapes, and endless number of beautiful patterns and designs can be created which simply cannot be achieved with asphalt.
Less Maintenance: Concrete block paving requires far less maintenance than other paving materials. Concrete block paving’s strength and durability eliminates costly patching and surfacing, while concrete paving blocks make it possible to create a mosaic of parking space and directional signs.
Easily Reusable: Unlike asphalt, paving blocks can be removed for access to underground utilities and reinstalled after repairs are completed.
Cooler in Summer: Concrete block paving remains cooler than asphalt in summer making it the ideal choice for parks, patios, around swimming pools and pedestrian areas.
Easier to Install: The installation of concrete paving blocks requires neither the specialized equipment nor the intensive skilled labor of asphalt. Block paving does not require favorable weather and temperature for successful installation, avoiding costly construction delays.
Major Cost Savings: The initially higher cost concrete block paving is recouped many times over through longer product life, reduced maintenance, repair, sealing and stripping costs, making concrete block paving an economical choice for your next paving job.

Why Concrete Plinth Deck Blocks?
Deck is not attached to home: Plinth Deck Block eliminate the need to lag-bolt deck to the home. Deck can be installed as a floating foundation system separate from the home.
Weight is spread across a floating foundation of Plinth Deck Blocks: Weight is not concentrated on a relatively few footings, it is spread across a floating foundation, giving you a more reliable structure.

Eliminate the costly substructure: No need for a costly substructure of heavy double header beams to support deck.
2” X 6” deck support boards are supported directly by Plinth Deck Blocks or 4” X 4” leveling posts: Eliminates the need for each footing to be set in a deep, cement-filled hole.
